I’m Melissa, a Senior UX Lead with experience designing and scaling digital products across MedTech, SaaS, Finance, Logistics, and enterprise environments.
My work has gradually expanded beyond interface design into systems thinking, UX operations, localization, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.
I enjoy working in environments where design needs to balance user needs, technical constraints, operational complexity, and collaboration across multiple disciplines.
While mobile product design has been a strong part of my experience, I’ve also worked across platform experiences, scalable systems, research support, and product delivery frameworks that help teams work more clearly and consistently.
