Business Platform UX & Research-Driven Design
Senior UX Designer | Research & Business Experience Design
Led qualitative and quantitative UX research to align global business requirements with user needs, ensuring a scalable and validated experience across a worldwide enterprise platform.
A global enterprise platform needed to support complex business requirements across multiple regions, teams, and workflows.
The primary challenge was ensuring that business needs were correctly translated into a usable, efficient user experience, while validating decisions through research rather than assumptions.
My Role & Scope
I collaborated closely with a cross-functional team as Senior UX Designer,
owning research strategy and execution while contributing to UX design deliverables.
My responsibilities included:
• Leading qualitative and quantitative user research
• Translating research insights into UX requirements and flows
• Designing wireframes and mockups aligned with validated needs
• Collaborating with product and development teams to align business goals and UX

Research findings were synthesized to identify usability gaps,
navigation challenges, and mismatches between business assumptions
and real user behavior.
These insights directly informed information architecture,feature prioritization, and interaction design decisions.

Affinity map documentation
Based on validated insights, wireframes and mockups were iterated to support core business workflows while improving clarity and efficiency.
Design decisions were continuously validated through testing, ensuring changes aligned with both user needs and business objectives.
